This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on the ProSuperPwr e-commerce website operated by Nutrialgo Private Limited (“Nutrialgo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Shipping locations
• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery to specific remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be available.
• International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on the Platform.
Order processing time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):
• Metro cities: 2-5 business days
• Non-metro / tier-2 & tier-3 cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote locations: 6-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on the Platform and may be subject to conditions.
Courier partners
• We work with third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Address accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
• Nutrialgo is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Re-shipping costs due to address errors may be charged to the customer.
Delivery attempts
• Courier partners usually make 2-3 delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.
• In such cases, redelivery or refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or tampered packages
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it.
• If already accepted, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Partial deliveries
• In rare cases, items in an order may be shipped separately.
• If you receive a partial delivery, the remaining items will be delivered separately, and tracking details will be shared.
Delays beyond our control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
• courier or logistics partner issues,
• weather conditions or natural disasters,
• government regulations or lockdowns,
• strikes, riots, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss
• Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.

Nutrialgo reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
