• We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Shipping and delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics partners, and external factors.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address details are not our responsibility.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations
• Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, and cancellations.
• Certain products (such as opened, used, or tampered consumables) may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated timeline.

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations,

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutrialgo, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• violation of these Terms,
• infringement of third-party rights.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or logistics disruptions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in Tamil Nadu, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
