This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the ProSuperPwr ecommerce website operated by Nutrialgo Private Limited (“Nutrialgo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

General Policy

ProSuperPwr products are consumable nutritional supplements. Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns and refunds are accepted only in specific cases described below.

Eligible cases for return or refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered), or

• You received a damaged or tampered product, or

• You received an expired product

Non-returnable / non-refundable items

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

• The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

• The seal, packaging, or label has been tampered with.

• The return request is based on taste preference, personal dislike, or expected results not achieved.

• The product was ordered by mistake or due to an incorrect customer selection.

• Delivery was delayed due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability.

• The product is part of a promotion, clearance, or special offer, unless damaged or incorrect.

Return request timeline

• Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

• Order ID

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue (damaged/tampered/wrong item)

• Description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

Inspection and approval

• All return/refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Nutrialgo.

• We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence.

• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Replacement policy

• In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

• Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

• If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be processed.

Refund method and timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Refund processing time: 5-10 business days for bank/UPI/wallet payments (subject to bank processing time).

• Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.

Order cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Refusal of returns

We reserve the right to refuse return or refund requests if:

• The request does not meet the eligibility criteria.

• There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or false claims,

• The product is returned in an unacceptable condition.

Damaged during transit

If your order arrives damaged:

• Do not accept the package if visibly tampered with.

• If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

Nutrialgo reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
